MONOCHROME

So, summer here in the pnw means the snow on the mountains has greatly dissipated, and even I can now reach higher elevations (bc I’m Southern and don’t drive in snow). Likewise, warmer temps mean a more enjoyable visit to the beach. Until October-ish, I want to split my time betwixt the mountains and the seaside.

I am also planning to shoot a lot of monochrome footage, mostly street photography, while I’m at it. I’ve been practicing a bit and see that I need way more. I have a new found respect for the likes of Ansel Adams and Georgia O’keefe. It’s not as simple as I remember it being in the olden days of film cameras in the 70s. So, I persevere.
